By accessing our website (abdallahgamal.com), installing the Gamal Fitness mobile application on Apple iOS or Android OS, or subscribing to any coaching tier (including The Gold Plan or The VIP Plan), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country) to purchase a coaching subscription. Individuals aged 16 to 17 may use our services solely under the supervision and with explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Although Dr. Abdallah Gamal is a qualified medical doctor and sports nutritionist, online coaching, mobile workout routines, and nutritional recommendations provided through this platform are designed for general fitness and body transformation goals.

• Not an Emergency Service: Our coaching services do not diagnose, treat, or cure acute medical emergencies, chronic pathologies, or clinical eating disorders.
• Physician Clearance: You should always consult your primary healthcare physician prior to beginning any rigorous physical training or restrictive dietary regimen, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, orthopedic injuries, or metabolic disorders.
• Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise carries inherent physiological risks. By voluntarily participating in workout routines, you assume full responsibility for any potential injury resulting from personal exercise execution.

Because our coaching protocols, dietary calculations, and custom workout programming are deeply personalized and delivered immediately upon intake submission:

• Custom Coaching Programs: Once a personalized diet and training plan has been prepared and delivered to the client, coaching fees are non-refundable.
• Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you request cancellation before your initial intake questionnaire has been processed and before any program materials have been issued, you may request a refund minus applicable third-party payment gateway transaction fees.
• Mobile In-App Purchases: For subscriptions purchased directly via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, refund requests are governed by Apple and Google Store refund policies and must be initiated through their respective support portals.

All materials provided—including training regimens, video tutorials, nutritional calculation formulas, recipe booklets, graphics, logos, and mobile software code—are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Abdallah Gamal. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use program materials solely for your personal fitness journey. You may not sell, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly display any coaching materials without explicit prior written consent.

You have the right to terminate your account or delete your personal data at any time via in-app settings or by contacting contact@abdallahgamal.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior towards coaches or staff, or breaches intellectual property protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Abdallah Gamal and coaching personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, personal injury arising from improper exercise technique, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
